Ms. Jennings joined Realty Capital International LLC in 2012 and has since become President following in the footsteps of her father and mentor Richard B. Jennings. She has a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University and is a New York State licensed real estate broker. She previously was CEO and Founder of a business in New York City for four and a half years managing nine workers and providing services for 100 clients. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Boston University in 1999, Ms. Jennings worked for CNN as an anchor, reporter and producer. A life-long New Yorker, Ms. Jennings resides on the Upper East Side with her beloved dog and two cats.

Mr. Jennings served as President of Realty Capital International LLC since he founded the real estate investment banking firm in 1991. From 1969 to 1986, Mr. Jennings oversaw the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) investment banking business at Goldman, Sachs & Co. During his tenure at Goldman, Sachs & Co. he also founded and managed the Mortgage Finance Group. From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Jennings served as Managing Director--Real Estate Finance at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. From 1990 to 1991, Mr. Jennings served as Senior Vice President of Landauer Real Estate Counselors. He was a licensed Real Estate broker in New York State. Mr. Jennings received his MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He served as a trustee of the National Foundation for Facial Reconstruction at NYU Medical Center. Mr. Jennings served as the Lead Director for Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (public REIT/NYSE symbol ARE). He also served on the board of directors of National Retail Properties, Inc. (public REIT/NYSE symbol NNN). He was a member of ICSC and NAREIT.
